Our existing client needed funds for a full refurbishment and an extension of a property in North-West London.
As well as providing a Day 1 amount, we have also agreed tranches of funds to lend during the works.
In the end, the client required a further tranche of funds, so we sent our asset manager out and received a thorough report, along with photos of the progress, which you can view in this post.
